    Born in Southern California but raised in the Bay Area since 1968, James is a native Californian who transplanted to Vallejo in 2009. He got to know this community first as a Business Services Representative for the Workforce Investment Board of Solano County before delving into the Chamber of

    Commerce world starting in early 2011. James worked at the Novato Chamber of Commerce as its Membership Manager before taking over as President/CEO of the American Canyon Chamber of Commerce, where he served for nearly four years. James is a graduate of the Western Association of Chamber Executives (W.A.C.E.), and holds an MBA (Global Management emphasis) and an undergraduate degree in Business Management.

    Prior to moving to Vallejo James spent nearly 15 years in the real estate industry as a Corporate Marketing Director, General Manager, and Real Estate Salesperson. Other professional experience includes serving in the U.S. Air Force (Security Policy, K-9 Handler); running a dog training academy; and working as Promotions Director and Manager of a bowling centerJames is married and has two daughters who currently attend middle school in Vallejo. He and his wife own a small bed-and-breakfast on an island off the coast of Madagascar, his wife’s home country. His personal passions include music, movies, sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.

    Kim handles the monthly finances, membership invoicing, accounts receivables, accounts payables and special events.

    Kim was born in Vallejo but raised in Woodland, CA. and moved back to Vallejo at 19 to be closer to her sister, Gail Lyon. She has been married to Chip Carter, owner North Bay Cabinets & Countertops since 1990. She has two adult children, Joshua (Megan) and Gillian (Charleto) and 7 grandchildren. Kim was an active member of the Vallejo Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees) a community service organization holding several offices until she aged out. Kim has been and still is working with North Bay Cabinets doing bookkeeping. Before working with her husband she worked for Valley Construction as office manager/bookkeeper for 13 years. Favorite place to be is at their cabin in the mountains. Favorite thing to do, spend time with grandchildren. Kim, Chip and their Yorkie Jazzy live here in Vallejo.

    Tina Fowler was born in Vallejo, and has lived here continuously ever since. In 2007, she and her husband became the third generation owners of Newcomb & Sons Locksmith on Tennessee Street. Tina brings a wide array of skills to her role as Membership Specialist for the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce.

    She is a past member of several boards, including Leadership Vallejo, Vallejo Police Activities League, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Northern Chapter, the UCSF Children’s Hospital Family Advisory Council Boys Scouts of America.

    Tina is interested in making Vallejo a better place, and to improve Vallejo’s reputation throughout the Bay Area. Her leisure activities include RVing (not camping!), reading and taking pictures. She is married and has one son.

    Chamber of Commerce: John Moore is the Marketing & Communications Coordinator in charge of maintaining the Chamber's website, creating newsletters, event flyers, event photos, and assisting at chamber events. He is also the person behind the Chamber's online presence through social media. Currently enrolled in the Western Association of Chamber Executives (W.A.C.E.) Academy, John plans on graduating with the class of 2020 to pursue a career in the Chamber world.

    Personal Information: John has lived in Vallejo for most of his life, moving from San Mateo, CA in the winter of 1998. Ten years later, graduated from Hogan High School with the class of 2008. He currently works part time at the Vallejo Chamber and seasonally doing inventory at various Bay Area automotive dealerships.

    John is also a recent cancer survivor as of 2016, winning his battle against a Stage 3 blood cancer, Hodgkin's Lymphoma. John spends a lot of his spare time outdoors usually camping, biking, longboarding, bass fishing, playing guitar and working on his two 5.0 Mustangs.

    I have been working for the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce since 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. I have been a member of the Chamber for over three years and in the past have been Chief Ambassador to the Chamber and assisted the Ambassadors.

    I live with my husband Phil of 17 years and 2 dogs (Trixie and Charlie).

    I have lived in Vallejo for 30 years and own my own business, Designs by PattieK. I have been designing and hand making unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry for over 12 years. I also redesign and repurpose old pieces of jewelry and make some jewelry repairs (on a consultation basis).I currently sell my jewelry and accessories at The Hub Community Center for the Arts and online at my website (www.designsbypattiek.com).
