Soaring Phoenix LLC

Whitney is the founder and owner of Soaring LLC, a STEAM-based education company dedicated to providing hands-on, project-based learning for TK–8 students across Solano County. With a Bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University and currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Harvard, she brings both academic depth and real-world experience to her work. Whitney has two decades of experience in education, including STEAM instruction, curriculum development, and work within Title 1 school communities. She founded Soaring Phoenix after a district STEAM position was eliminated, driven by her commitment to continue serving students and closing both the academic and access gaps. Her leadership blends innovation, creativity, and community impact, expanding programs into schools, afterschool settings, and her own learning space.
