Music at the Chapel Presents: The Valley Quartet

MIHPF welcomes back the Valley Quartet to St. Peter’s Chapel for an entertaining pre-Thansgiving concert. The concert will mix Modern, Tango and Baroque Masterpieces, finishing with a few Holiday favorites. Included will be two selections from Gluck’s Opera Orfeo ed Euridice; La Follia, a set of variations based on a baroque theme by Geminiani; selections from Argentinian composer Astor Piazzolla and Quartet Satz by American composer Philip Glass. Please join us in this gorgeous setting for an afternoon concert with peaceful and uplifting music. The doors will open at 2:30pm to allow time to enjoy the luminous Tiffany stained glass windows.
