DIVISIONS & COMMITTEES
Economic Development Committee - The Economic Development Committee is open to all Chamber members and meets on a monthly basis to discuss issues and projects that directly impact the growth of Vallejo’s economy.
Business Retention Task Force - The Chamber has developed a joint Business Retention Task Force with the City of Vallejo to insure that the experience of major employers in Vallejo leads to business and job growth.
Education Roundtable – The Education Roundtable meets monthly to build partnerships between the business community and the educational community in an effort to strengthen the overall quality of local educational programs.
Mare Island Task Force - The Mare Island Task Force meets every other month to address specific issues that can help spur the growth of business on Mare Island.
Ambassadors - The Ambassadors are a dedicated group of Vallejo Chamber of Commerce members who volunteer their time to foster and promote the goals of the Chamber to our membership and the community.
ValNet - ValNet is a networking group that meets weekly to develop mutually supportive relationships and business leads, expand business networks and promote prosperity within the Vallejo community.
Vallejo Business Alliance - The Vallejo Business Alliance, which includes the Solano County Black Chamber, the Hispanic Chamber, the Filipino-American Chamber, and the Vallejo Chamber, meets monthly to work on issues of mutual interest of the membership organizations.
Installation Dinner – The Annual Vallejo Chamber Installation Dinner is the premier event of the year where we have our new Board of Directors installed at a wonderful dinner ceremony.
Winemakers Dinner & Auction – This event serves as a wonderful evening of live and silent auctions for some extraordinary gifts and items and an exquisite five-course meal provided by Zio Fraedo's of Vallejo with wine pairings from some of our local wineries.
Golf Tournament – The Chamber holds an annual golf tournament for its members, their guests, and community members each year that serves as a major fundraiser for Chamber programs.
Governmental Affairs & Political Advocacy Committee - The Chamber acts as a representative for the business community on important local, state and federal government issues that affect our economy and meets monthly with local, regional and state government representatives.
Member Advocacy - The Chamber keeps its members and the community informed as to the local impact that government legislation and actions will have on the Vallejo community. The Chamber also helps assist our members with specific government issues affecting their businesses.
