Responsible to the Board of Directors for the full range of Chamber activities: organizational structure and procedures; income and expenditures; coordination of the business plan: employment, training and supervision of staff; interpretation of policy; maintenance of the Chamber quarters; maintenance of membership; motivation of volunteers; Chamber board and community relations. |

Rich Curtola, Membership & Cornerstone Sponsorship

Rich Curtola was born and raised in Vallejo attending St.Basil’s Elementary and graduating from St.Vincent High School in the late 1960’s. After college, Rich worked with his family running Terry’s Restaurants, a Vallejo landmark for over 50 years. After selling the family business, Rich and his wife, Ronda, built, owned and operated Swensen’s Ice Cream Restaurant until selling the franchise store in 1994. Immediately prior to joining the Vallejo Chamber, Rich worked as Alumni Director and Director of Development for St.Patrick-St.Vincent High School for almost 20 years. |
During his business career, Rich has served the Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Armed Services Committee; member of the 4th of July Parade Committee; chair of the Convention & Visitors Committee; and as a member of our Board of Directors. Currently he is our Director of Membership and Cornerstone Sales. |

Constance Howard, Community Promotion Coordinator

Coordinates and manages special events for the Chamber. Works as Staff Liaison with Divisional V.P. to develop events and community promotions. Has been with the Vallejo Chamber since 1997. |

Information:
Born in Vallejo and graduated Hogan Sr. High School. Active member of the Vallejo Rotary Club, Hearts & Hands for Solano and the Community Presbyterian Church.
2004 recipient of the Athena Award and the Dick Hyland Award. Lives in Vallejo with husband and childhood sweetheart Bobby. Their two children, Lockhart and Lynnette, live close by with their spouses and Connie’s three grandsons.
Connie represents the heart and soul of the Chamber and the Vallejo community! |

of Commerce: Helps maintain a focused, motivated, and effecient office enviroment fostering goodwill along with satisflying the needs of our members. |
Personal Information: Josette is a third generation Vallejo Native. Graduated from Hogan High School and attended Napa Valley College. Josette has worked full time at a Vallejo Elementary School for the past 14 years as Director of a Before and After School Program and part time at the Chamber.
She has, over the years, worked and volunteered for various community, non profit and youth organizations. Some of these include, Vallejo Little League; St. Basil Parent’s Club; SPSV Board of Regents; PAL Soccer; Relay for Life; Mare Island to Medusa; St. Patrick- St. Vincent High School Summer Activities; Vallejo Elks Lodge Summer Camp, St. Basil Summer Camp and Extension Program and The Great Vallejo Ducky Derby.
Although, all of the above keeps Josette extremely busy, she still makes time to be a loving wife and Mom. She and her husband Jason have two sons, Andrew and Justin and a boxer, Roxy. |

Personal Information: Gloria is a Life Long Vallejoan. Gloria graduated from Hogan High School. She is married to her husband Mark Thomas and between them they have 3 boys; Spud (wife Ashley), Sean, Mathew and a yellow lab named Lucy. |

John Moore, Administrative Assistant

Personal Information: John has lived in Vallejo for most of his life, moving from San Mateo, CA in the winter of 1998. 10 years later, graduated from Hogan High School with the class of 2008. He currently works part time at the Vallejo Chamber and seasonally doing inventory at various Bay Area automotive dealerships. He plants on going to school “when the time’s right” to pursue a career as being an Auto Technician. |
John spends a lot of his spare time outdoors, usually longboarding, fishing, practicing Brazilian Jujitsu, and restoring his 1988 Mustang LX. He is never seen alone in Vallejo without his wonderful longtime best friend and girlfriend Mialani by his side in which they do everything together as a couple. |
